- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Pomona ssn office. It's smaller but sweeter. I arrived in11:50. Waiting in front of the window for 6 min and just took out of my notebook for study, then it was my number!!! Only 5 minutes!!! And the officer was very nice and patience. On the other hand, it was terrible service in West Covina ssn office. The stuff like a dog to kick me out just because I got the number and went to the wrong window and nobody want to help me or talk to me. I have class whole week and not too much time to wait anymore. It took me 1.5 hour to wait and get nothing. I feel I was treated like an animal! I tried to complaint them but wait online for 30 min nobody answer! Then I went to PomonaBy Joy Nee, March 17, 2017
